Good morning! 👋 It’s a damp and drizzly Tuesday out there. If yesterday caught you out, here’s your reminder that the major road changes in Lydney and Gloucester are now fully in effect. Updates will appear at the top throughout the day.

UPDATE 10:05AM – COMMUNITY REPORT (MAISEMORE)
Thanks to Lesley Harding for the heads-up 👋
The A417 at Maisemore is being reported as CLOSED again due to flooding this morning.
⚠️ This route has been affected on and off over the past few days. Even if it appears passable, conditions can change quickly and official closures may still apply.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area where possible and follow any signed diversions.

UPDATE 9:45AM – TEWKESBURY FLOODING
The following roads are still listed as CLOSED on the latest official update:
• Swilgate Road
• Gander Lane
• Northway Lane
• Walton Cardiff Lane
Floodwater may still be present on other low-lying routes around Maisemore, Haw Bridge and Tirley.
Even if a road appears passable, closures remain in place until safety inspections are completed. Please do not move signs.
