Have you ever wanted to create a unique piece of jewellery? Unlock your inner artisan at the Silver Clay Jewellery Taster Workshop!
Hosted at the charming Lechlade Craft Barn, this half-day session is the perfect introduction to the magic of Silver Clay. Guided by guest tutor Jo Richards of Faye Benjamin Jewellery, you’ll witness the amazing transformation of a squishy lump of clay into a solid, stunning piece of silver jewellery.
What You’ll Do:
Create: Make your very own solid silver pendant or pair of earrings.
Learn: Master simple techniques to cut, shape, and texture your piece.
Finish: Your work will be fired and finished during the session, so you can take your creation home with pride the very same day!

Costs:
Workshop Fee: £45.00 (Includes tea, coffee, and biscuits).
Materials Fee: £25.00 (Payable to the tutor on the day). This covers 5g of silver clay.
Extras: Chains or ear wires are available to buy on the day to finish your piece, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Important Need-to-Knows:
Age Policy: Suitable for beginners aged 14+. (Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult).
What to Wear: Please wear sturdy shoes (no open toes) and avoid fluffy clothing or trailing scarves (as they attract clay dust). Long hair must be tied back.
Accessibility: Please note the Craft Barn is accessed via external stone steps with handrails and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
