‘Menopause – The Making of Feminine Majesty’ is designed to help you reframe, resource and reclaim your menopause journey.

Whilst there is much to be grateful for in the growing recognition of the challenges of menopause, there is also a deeper, more nuanced narrative waiting to be explored — one that:

• speaks to its psychological, spiritual and systemic undercurrents
• supports the emergence of wisdom, clarity, purpose and wholeness
• enables an expanded, confident, easeful evolution of self

Drawing on the spirit and crafts of the Muses, you’ll work with:

…to help you connect with your own menopause muse — your inner source of wisdom and knowing.

Through guided meditation, time in nature, journaling, sense-making and self-care (amongst other supportive practices), this day offers an exploration beyond the medical model of menopause and into the archetypal and psychological stages of this transition.

You’ll leave with deeper insight, grounded self-leadership, supportive community and practical tools for the journey ahead.
