👀 Discover the Rumoured Retailers & Surprise Openings Set to Transform Gloucestershire’s Shopping Scene! 👀
With 75% of retail space already secured, but only a handful of brands publicly announced, we can make some educated guesses on what to expect based on industry trends, existing UK outlet chains, and the developer’s strategy. Here’s our prediction for what will likely be unveiled in the coming months

🔹 Nike – Almost a certainty! Nike is a staple in nearly every designer outlet in the UK, and with Under Armour already confirmed, it makes sense for its biggest competitor to join the mix.
🔹 Adidas – Similar logic to Nike; Adidas thrives in outlet shopping centers, and their recent expansion in UK retail makes them a top contender.
🔹 Levi’s – Another brand that frequently appears in major outlets across the UK. Expect discounts on their premium denim collections.
🔹 Tommy Hilfiger / Calvin Klein – The two brands, both under the PVH Corp umbrella, often open stores in new designer outlets simultaneously. We wouldn’t be surprised to see one or both appear.
🔹 Boss / Ralph Lauren – Premium menswear brands tend to do well in outlet settings, and the Cotswolds’ wealthy demographics make these strong possibilities.
🔹 New Balance / Skechers – The rise of casual and running shoes means one of these brands could pop up alongside Puma.

🔹 Starbucks or Costa – Every large outlet needs a coffee hub, and these two are the biggest contenders.
🔹 Nando’s – A mid-range, casual dining favorite that fits well in an outlet’s food offering.
🔹 Greggs or Pret – Perfect for shoppers looking for a quick grab-and-go bite.
🔹 Franco Manca / Pizza Express – A higher-end pizzeria to match the dining experience other outlets offer.
🔹 YO! Sushi or Itsu – With Wagamama confirmed, another Asian-inspired brand could appear to broaden food choices.
🔹 Krispy Kreme / Dunkin’ – A sweet treat option is a must, and either of these brands would fit the bill.

🔹 The Body Shop / Molton Brown – With Rituals rumored, we could see more beauty and skincare stores enter.
🔹 The Works / WHSmith – These stores provide stationery, books, and gifts and often appear in outlet shopping locations.
🔹 Hotel Chocolat or Lindt – Premium chocolates are always a hit in outlets—expect a sweet-tooth friendly store!
🔹 Le Creuset / Tefal (Confirmed!) – Kitchenware outlets thrive in these locations, making Le Creuset a possible neighbor to Tefal.
If the outlet aims to compete with Bicester Village, we could see a small luxury section featuring:…..
🔹 Michael Kors / Kate Spade
🔹 Coach
🔹 Hugo Boss
🔹 Ted Baker
These brands frequently appear in UK outlets, offering discounted handbags, clothing, and accessories.
The Cotswolds Designer Outlet looks set to be a well-balanced mix of fashion, food, and lifestyle stores. Expect a blend of sportswear, casual fashion, homeware, and mid-range dining options. While it may not compete with Bicester’s ultra-high-end brands, it will likely rival Clarks Village or Swindon Designer Outlet for variety and experience.
If we’re right, this could be one of the top retail destinations in the UK when it opens in Summer 2025. Let’s see how many of these predictions turn out to be true! 🚀
